Your results
Opposing interests occur in almost all situations.
They are not necessarily as bad as they seem. They need to be acknowledged, confronted and dealt with. Not swept under the carpet. Only then can targets be reached. Results expected within an agreed time frame demand that I engage in constant dialogue with the client. My undivided attention is given.

My approach
During our introductory conversation my focus is directed towards fully understanding the client’s needs. On that basis I propose two initial steps to be taken. After completing the first step, we examine whether any adaptation is required for the second step. I then present the third and fourth steps, and so on. Together we embark on a venture and grow in the process, keeping the desired result in mind. My approach is tailor-made and, therefore, differs in variation for each client. Sometimes the process is lengthy, sometimes short. Occasions inevitably arise when difficult hurdles must be overcome.
In contrast, the journey can run surprisingly smoothly.
However, in most cases, the key is creative collaboration. The effort invested, the approach agreed upon, and the achieved final result is a joint accomplishment. Throughout the process, conflicts of interest are taken into account, and there is always room for learning. Both the client and I learn from the process. We offer, each in turn, our skills and expertise. Mine are in areas of change processes, process management and HR. The client, on the other hand, is the expert in his field, his own organisation and the industry: what the norms are; what works and what doesn’t; what one should stay clear of; what will make the greatest impact, and what will surely fall flat. I respect the client’s input and need his or her thoughts and ideas so that, together, we can elevate them to the next level. People and processes are united and complex issues are viewed in context. More importantly, complex issues are simplified and broken down into bite-sized chunks.
Knots are unravelled. Progress is made.

Testimonials:
